About the project

JoinSpots is a SaaS marketplace connecting activity organizers with local users. To solve the bottleneck of manual payouts, I engineered an automated Stripe-driven ecosystem using cron jobs to handle bi-weekly payments. This eliminated manual admin work and allowed the platform to scale its user base without increasing operational overhead.
